Halle Berry and Alyson Hannigan will host annual Revlon Run/Walk to fight cancer The Entertainment Industry Foundation (EIF) Revlon Run/Walk for Women announced today that Halle Berry, and Alyson Hannigan will host the annual event in Los Angeles on May 7, 2011. Kimberly Locke will sing the National Anthem to kick-off the event which raises money and awareness for women’s cancers. The event takes place one week after the first Revlon Run/Walk for Women which is scheduled for April 30, 2011 in New York City.
The EIF Revlon Run/Walk is one of the nation’s largest one-day fundraisers that support cancer research, outreach programs and counseling. The 18th annual event will start at Los Angeles Memorial Coliseum at Exposition Park and is expected to have roughly 40,000 entrants.

The EIF Revlon Run/Walk Womentum event will benefit the Cancer Support Community, Citrus Valley Medical Center, Gilda Radner Hereditary Cancer Detection program, Providence Saint Joseph Foundation, Revlon/UCLA Women’s Cancer Research Program, Team Survivor Los Angeles, USC/Norris Comprehensive Cancer Center and Hospital and Women of Color Breast Cancer Survivors’ Support Project.
The EIF Revlon Run/Walk Womentum is currently taking entries which are priced at $35 until May 6, 2011. Same-day registration is priced at $40 and can be done at the event at 7am. To register online please visit revlonrunwalk.org.
